Users may terminate their Account if they notify LYMONA SHOP in writing (including via email at firstname.lastname@example.org of their desire to do so. You understand and agree that your account will be terminated after the request for termination.
PURCHASE AND PAYMENT
Lymona Shop supports the following payment methods:
1. Credit or Debit Card
Card payments are processed through third-party payment channels and the type of credit cards accepted by these payment channels may vary depending on the jurisdiction you are in.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Lymona Shop provides COD services with the philippines. Buyers may pay cash directly to the deliver agent upon their receipt of the purchased item.
3. Direct Bank Transfer
Buyer may make payments through an Automated Teller Machine or internet bank transfer (“Bank Transfer”) to our designated Bank Account. If we do not receive the payment within three (3) days, Buyer’s order will be cancelled.
Buyer may only change their preferred mode of payment for their purchase prior to making payment.
Lymona Shop will inform Buyer once we receive the order in our system. then make the necessary arrangements to have the purchased item delivered to Buyer and provide details such as the name of the delivery company, the tracking number, etc. to Buyer through the Site, estimated shipping and delivery time can vary from 3 to 10 days depending on the carrier and the buy location.
Note: Due to the implementation of community quarantine which limits transportation and mobility, delivery schedules may get affected.
In the event where the purchased item(s) is damaged by the buyer(s), Users acknowledge and agree that Lymona Shop will not be liable for any damage, expense, cost or fees resulted therefrom and the broken item can not be returned to our store, and no paid amount will be refunded by us, if buyer recieved damaged due to bad transport conditions the buyer might start a dispute by sending an Email at email@example.com , including all needed evidences might be asked by our customer service team for further investigation.
CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REFUND
Buyer can only cancel his/her order prior to the payment of Buyer’s Purchase by calling the number +63 921 601 4542, or sending us message to one of our accounts.
Lymona Shop may modify these Terms of Service at any time by posting the revised Terms of Service on this Site. Your continued use of this Site after such changes have been posted shall constitute your acceptance of such revised Terms of Service.
